1 on 1 Personal Wellness Guidance


I've been in the self care industry for over 10 years and have been actively working with Black women during the last 4. Helping Black women feel whole, seen and heard is a passion of mine after spending all of my 20s being a wife and mom and eventually suffering from burnout. At 28 I decided to learn how to take care of myself mentally and make myself a priority so that I could show up better for myself and children. 

What I've learned and implemented in the last 5 years:
- How to set healthy boundaries.
- How to listen to my intuition.
- How to quiet my mind and calm my anxiety.
- How to create morning and night rituals.
- How to have healthy relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- How to heal my inner child and forgive my younger self. 
- How to hold space for my feelings without shame and guilt.

      Self care is so much more than yoga, eating vegetables and taking baths. It's about taking care of yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, practically and professionally. Together we'll look into each part of your daily habits and remove what is no longer serving you and implement a plan to help you become the best version of yourself. Personal wellness is not about creating a perfect life free of problems, it's about creating a life where you have more control over your day and feel like an active and important participant in your life. As Black women we are often shamed for wanting a luxurious life and suffer from feelings of unworthiness when we finally decide to dream big. I'm here to tell you that you deserve a life of peace, rest and all the good things.

How this works:
For 30 days we will be digging deep into your life and daily habits to determine how you can show up better for yourself everyday. 

- A weekly Zoom call to discuss your intentions for the week and go over any questions you may have.

- A 30 day guide with spaces to fill out your daily intentions, goals, to journal, and a tracker to monitor your progress

- Access to me everyday via email, DMs and/or texts (depends on your preferred method of contact)
